I want to grow my organic traffic of my website

Or, more precisely: your organic visibility. When your website performs well but still has a ton of potential in your organic traffic, it’s worth investing in your SEO. Especially if you see, that 1) you possess the resources & support from your stakeholders, and 2) your competitors outrank you. After all, if they could do it, you can do it, too!

Depending on the specific project needs, we can achieve this goal via the following steps & SEO services.

1. Analysis

First things first, I carry out a thorough audit of your website. The goal at this stage is to find promising opportunities for growing your website’s organic traffic effectively.

At this point, services like SEO audit, keyword research, and competitor analysis play the main role.

2. Implementation

Second, I present to you the results of the analysis & my recommendations. We discuss the details, then based on our inputs we create an action plan and implement the changes.

At this point, services like content creation, tech SEO optimizations, and minor on-page SEO optimizations play the main role.

3. Monitoring

Lastly, we track the performance of the changes and finetune if needed. This phase is characterized by continuous content development & “SEO maintenance”.

At this point, services like reporting, content development, SEO re-audit, and ad hoc consultancy play the main role.

I’m looking for a consultant with SEO know-how

Hire an external SEO! Particularly for larger corporations, you may find that while you have the necessary resources and a need for SEO, there’s not enough in-house expertise.

Rather than bringing on a full-time employee, engaging an external consultant on a monthly retainer often proves a more flexible and cost-efficient alternative.

This arrangement not only brings a fresh perspective to your organization, but it can also spotlight new marketing opportunities that might go unnoticed by internal teams.

1. Initial analysis of your problem

Hiring a consultant is typically preceded by a specific business problem. Therefore, my first task will be a thorough analysis of your problem.

At this point, services like custom (SEO) analysis, SEO audit, keyword research, technical SEO audit, competitor analysis, and CRO play the main role.

2. Ad-hoc projects, custom solutions

The backbone of our continuous partnership is the monthly SEO availability. It means that I’m ready to help & jump on new projects anytime you need!

At this point, services like occasional SEO consulting, and custom analyses play the main role. Plus, any other type of service you might need.

3. Your SEO concierge

At this stage, our partnership has proceeded and (hopefully) will proceed continuously. My goal is to become your go-to SEO, or in other words: your SEO concierge.

Depending on your current needs, every type of SEO and CRO service can play a vital role at this point. Just let me know how I can help!

I’m looking for a custom SEO solution

Has your organic traffic suddenly dropped, and you have no idea why? Do you need website migration? Are you looking for a custom, SEO-friendly navigation bar? Or maybe you need an entirely custom solution for a unique problem?

Unique, ill-structured problems tend to pose the biggest challenges: finding a starting point, creating a proper analytical framework, devising how to effectively collect the required data, etc. These tasks are my favorite!

Usually, this is how I approach a custom solution.

1. Understanding the problem

Let’s find a starting point. First, we discuss together the goal, and in the case of a problem, the changes that have preceded it. So we basically carry out an SEO investigation & analysis

At this point, services like custom SEO analysis, SEO audit, keyword research, technical SEO analysis, and competitor analysis play the main role.

2. Action plan, recommendations

We discuss the findings & the conclusions. Then, based on the analysis, I set up some hypotheses, or if a new item is needed (e.g. navigation bar) I create the first drafts. After that, we create an action plan together.

At this point, services like occasional SEO consulting, custom analysis, and content development play the main role. Plus, any other type of service you may need.

3. Monitoring, reporting

After the implementation of the plan, we monitor the changes according to your main KPIs to see whether the optimizations and changes were effective. We finetune the changes & extinguish “fires” if needed.

At this point, services like occasional SEO consulting, custom analysis, and content development still play the main role. Plus, the reporting.

I want to increase my average conversion rate

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is a surprisingly overlooked, yet potent area of marketing. Rather than solely focusing on your traffic, why not increase the ratio of visitors who will actually make purchases on your website?

A CRO project involves a series of continuous A/B tests aimed at identifying ‘winning experiments’ – modifications to your website that statistically and significantly increase user conversions.

Here’s what a CRO project usually looks like.

1. Research, analysis, hypotheses

First, I carry out user research & analyze your data to answer the following question: where and why do your visitors leave your sales funnel?

Based on these insights & international best practices I formulate my hypotheses and prioritize them.

2. Setting up of A/B tests, pre-test analysis

Second, we set up the actual A/B tests together based on our hypotheses. Next, we carry out a pre-test analysis in order to ensure everything works perfectly.

Apart from these, we must calculate the Minimum Detectable Effect. This is very important, as we must ensure that the positive changes we see are statistically significant, and are not just a random coincidence.

Plus, we want to avoid Type II. errors, and minimize Type I. errors as well.

3. Analysis of the tests, next steps

Third, after running our experiments for a sufficient amount of time (4-6 weeks max), we analyze the data.

This is the most exciting stage: here we can see whether A) the results are statistically significant, and B) if we have found winning experiments.

In other words: have we found some ways to make your users convert on the site more confidently?
